At Decorezy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, our returns process is easy to follow and designed to ensure your peace of mind.

1. Right to Cancel

Under UK and EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This is your "cooling-off" period. If you wish to cancel, please contact us within the 14-day period.

2. Accepted Products for Returns

We accept returns for both defective/faulty items and non-defective products (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size), provided they meet the conditions outlined below.

3. Product Condition for Returns

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and free from visible wear. They should be returned with all original tags and packaging attached. Please ensure the items are carefully packed to avoid damage during the return process.

4. Return Window

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. For cancellations under the cooling-off period, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods.

5. Return Method

All returns are processed via mail. Instructions on how to return your item will be provided after your return request is approved.

6. Currency

Refunds will be processed in GBP (British Pounds), as this is our store currency.

7. Return Label

For non-defective returns, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return postage.

8. Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee for any return.

9. Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account.

10. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless proven faulty:

  • Bedding, pillowcases, blankets, and throws
  • Custom-made or personalized items
  • Gift cards

11. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Provide your order number and photos of the issue, and we will verify the problem. After verification, we will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost, including covering return postage.

12. Exchanges

Exchanges are available within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.

13. Multiple Package Shipping

If your order was shipped in multiple packages, please ensure all relevant items are returned for a full refund or exchange.
